Step 1: Click ACCEPT the order
The driver reads at least 3 information:
(1) Total Charges - Determine the amount of shipping fees in cash displayed on the application
(2) Total collection - Determining to bring the full advance payment to the restaurant
(3) Route to the store and delivery route to the recipient
Then (4) click "ACCEPT" to receive the order.
Step 2: Immediately contact the "RECEIVER" to confirm the ordered item and then move to the receiving store address
Immediately after ACCEPTING DELIVERY orders, drivers immediately contact the consignee to confirm the number of dishes.
For example: “Hello, I have ordered food delivery includes 2 products, Green Tea and Milk Tea I call to confirm his order and will receive goods at the address…. please help me.
In case the consignee wants to cancel the driver contact the sender on the application to be processed quickly
At the store location, the driver will buy the dish for the driver:
(1) Read the number of items for a grocery store
(2) Checking the number of merchandise on the application and from the store sold by invoice
(3) Cash advance payment for shop
(4) Click DROP and start shipping delivery to the recipient
Step 3: DELIVERY to the recipient
(1) Contact the consignee Example: “Hi, my food is at the address ... delivered to you. Please prepare xxxx amount to pay the bill when you come to receive the goods for me. Thank you ".
(2) After successful delivery and full payment + service charge, the driver clicks Success. In case the delivery is not possible, the driver contact the sender on the application for assistance. Please contact the operator 1900 5454 11 or 028 7304 0008 for assistance only if the sender does not handle satisfactorily.
